Transaction terms
v1.0 · Effective 23/08/2026
A deal on mr.bid Ghana is a record of a buyer, a seller, a listing, an amount, and a status. It is not a card capture. Public references look like MRB-10294. Payment is still arranged between the two of you.
How a deal starts
A deal opens when you use Buy Now, when an offer is accepted, when an auction closes with a winner, or when someone starts a deal from a conversation. Buy Now uses the listed price. Repeat Buy Now on an already-open deal reopens that thread; it does not ping the seller again unless the proposed payment method changed.
How a deal moves
You talk, then both sides agree the price, handover note, and payment method. Agree & Continue records that agreement. It does not collect payment. After agreement, mr.bid holds one unit so two people cannot take the last one. You then mark that you have arranged payment, handed over the item, received it, and completed the deal.
Either party can cancel or open a dispute until the deal is completed, already cancelled, or already in dispute. A cancelled deal puts a held unit back. Completing a deal may write reward points when Rewards is on. Those points are not money.
This policy is part of the Terms of use. MR.BID GH LTD operates mr.bid Ghana. It is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
