Seller terms
v1.0 · Effective 23/08/2026
These Seller terms apply when you publish a listing or run an auction. You own the item or you are authorised to sell it. Titles, descriptions, photos, and faults must be truthful. A photo you did not take, a brand you are not allowed to use, or a counterfeit listed as genuine is a reason to remove the listing.
Listings
Listings on mr.bid are free. There is no insertion fee and no commission on a completed sale. A listing can have up to twenty-four photos. Live listings stay up for the active period set on the platform (ninety days unless staff change it). Auto-relist keeps a listing live and resets that clock if you turn it on. You can unpublish, reserve, or mark sold from the seller dashboard.
Do not list prohibited items. Do not bid on your own auctions. Do not create fake accounts or write fake reviews. You are responsible for taxes and other legal duties that apply to you as a seller in Ghana or wherever you operate.
How you get paid
You choose the payment methods you accept — Cash, Bank Transfer, Mobile Money, and optional Cryptocurrency. Those labels tell the buyer how you are willing to be paid. Crypto Accepted means you said you can take cryptocurrency. It is not a mr.bid wallet, and mr.bid does not hold, convert, or transfer that asset.
Optional paid services — featured placement, a bump, Professional Seller — are paid to mr.bid by bank or mobile money and start after staff verify the reference. Complimentary feature asks are reviewed separately and do not involve payment.
This policy is part of the Terms of use. MR.BID GH LTD operates mr.bid Ghana. It is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
